i just installed photoshop cs3 and every time i open it up, it prompts me with the license agreement but theres no writing and the accept button is not clickable and neither are the decline and cancel button. Does anyone have the solution, iv also tried un-installing and re-installing it but it hasnt worked.
try
turn on uac if your running vista
start menu
click on your picture on the top right of the start menu
turn on/off user accounts
tick uac
this gives your admins rights

I most recall that happening when people had prior had the beta version prior installed on the same computer.
And I believe the most common solution was running Adobe’s cleaner software before re-installing to ensure everything was removed.
